One location. Daily totals.

Labor summary by business date. Use the daily labor summary (total labor cost and total hours), not the employee or time-entry detail.

One location. One row per business date, with that day’s total labor cost and total hours. Do not upload employee, shift, timecard or department rows, wage rates, tips, or payroll registers: a date may appear only once, and anything else is rejected. USD only. Typical headings: Business Date, Total Labor Cost, Total Hours, OT Hours.

Use exactly the same location name as your sales import so the dashboard can line them up.

Up to 2 MB and 366 distinct daily totals per import. For an Excel workbook containing formulas, export a values-only CSV.
